126 acre Gentleman’s Farm located in Chenango County.
Truly a beautiful farm located on a quiet road.
35-40 acres tillable all in hay. Fields lay nice. Easy to work. 20 acres of pasture balance woods.
Mixed timber, hemlock, maple, ash, and cherry. Phenomenal deer and turkey hunting.
Year round stream. 2 excellent large pond sites.
Good 36×80 2 story barn with drive-in mow. This is a good barn. Needs a little paint. High ceiling. Will work well for horses, beef and machinery and hay storage. Could be added onto very easily.
Nice little Ranch 2 bdrm 1 bth home. With lots of updates. The farm has Sherburne REA electric. Very cheap power.
Drilled well.
Within mins of three hospitals, shopping, schools, and universities.
Would make a wonderful farm to raise beef, horses, and make hay. Just within a few miles of the Brookfield Equine Trail System.
